Innovative Processes for Laser Annealing, Crystallization and Material Processing

Different concepts to homogenize the highly coherent radiation of solid state lasers have been developed in the INNOVAVENT laboratories. Interference modulation, which is unavoidable with traditional homogenizers in conjunction with these light sources, is totally supressed. This opens a path for solid state lasers into applications which are otherwise unthinkable.
