INNOVAVENT Products
Laser/ optical systems from INNOVAVENT
are not off-the-shelf products. They are customized to meet exactly the
specifications of each customer and application. Different light sources,
as frequency doubled and tripled solid state lasers in the power range
10 - 100 W and pulse durations ps to several 100 ns, and continuous wave
diode lasers at 808 nm and power levels above 1 kW, are integrated into
the systems.
INNOVAVENT systems have a modular
design and are constructed in close cooperation with the user or a system
integrator. The products range from low-budget optical systems to create
a line focus, to complex laser/ optical subsystems including laser, homogenizing
optics and beam diagnostics, and up to complete systems including substrate
handling.
The
products shown on the right side are examples of typical INNOVAVENT
