Process
development is performed in the INNOVAVENT
laboratories in close cooperation with customers and partners.
Our
focus is on applications
of solid state lasers at 355 nm, 532 nm, 808 nm and 1064 nm for thermal
processes in the ns and ms range. Most of these applications involve silicon
and other semiconductor materials. Activations of dopants, crystallization
of amorphous films for 3-dimensional circuits and annealing of defects
are the most important ones.
