Dr. Sebastian Geburt
Sebastian Geburt studied physics in Götttingen and Jena and joined INNVOVAVENT in 2013.
His journey took him from the smallest lasers possible during his PhD time to the big laser systems in industry. After leading R&D team, he is managing director since 2022 and shares a passion for the new laser technology.
Dr. Denis Bolshukhin
Denis Bolshukhin studied physics in St. Petersburg and Bochum. His journey took him from controlled Fusion Plasma via EUV Light sources to join INNOVAVENT in 2011. He is Senior Vice President, leads the manufacturing team and shares a passion for good organization and products.

Innovavent GmbH is a team of physicists, engineers, and technicians whose goal is to develop and implement laser processes for industrial applications. With our passion for precise, high-quality solutions and our curiosity for technical advancements, we create laser-optical solutions that often push the boundaries of what is feasible and enable new production processes.
Our products range from simple R&D laboratory setups for universities to complex but reliable optical solutions for production at international customers in the semiconductor and display industry.
