January 1st, 2022 Dr. Sebastian Geburt, since 2013 at INNOVAVENT and most recently Head of R&D was appointed Managing Director. Together with Dr. Denis Bolshukhin, Head of Manufacturing and Operations and EVP since 2020, S. Geburt will organize the management transfer in 2022 with the founder and Managing Director Dr. Hans-Juergen Kahlert.

INNOVAVENT is adding a 355nm Rubato ps Laser to the APPLICATION lab in Oktober 2022. Application testing and integration of homogenizer optics is under preparation.
Homogenization of fundamental mode 532nm laser beam has successfully demonstrated a uniform modulation intensity in a 1mm long line beam. Modulations can be further reduced from 50µm modulation period to <10µm for texturing applications.
